She brings extensive legal expertise in the financial services industry, with a notable background in fintech lending, compliance risk management, and regulatory supervisory and enforcement matters.

She specializes in state and federal consumer finance regulations, capital markets transactions, compliance risk management, and regulatory supervisory and enforcement matters.
