Consent to be Contacted (TCPA)

You agree that Best Egg and any of its affiliates, agents, service providers, or assignees (and any of its assignees’ affiliates, agents or service providers) (each a “Best Egg Party” and collectively, “Best Egg Parties”) may call you, leave you a prerecorded or artificial voice message, or send you a text, SMS, email or other electronic message for any purpose related to the servicing of your application or any offer to extend credit; the servicing and collection of your account; for surveys or research; for marketing purposes; or for any other informational purpose related to your account (each a “Communication”). You agree that the foregoing permissions apply with respect to any telephone number associated with your application or account, including mobile telephone numbers, and any email address associated with your account. You also agree that any Best Egg Party may include your personal information in a Communication and may conduct a Communication using an automatic telephone dialing system.

By providing us a mobile number, you represent and warrant you are the owner or regular user of that number; and, you understand and acknowledge that your carrier’s message and data rates will apply. You also agree to notify us immediately whenever you stop using the mobile number and/or obtain a new mobile telephone number. In addition, you understand and agree that any Best Egg Party may always communicate with you in any manner permissible by law that does not require your prior consent.

Consent to receive SMS/text messages is not required as a condition of using the Flexible Rent Service. You may withdraw your consent to receive SMS/text messages from us (other than for fraud alerts) by replying to any SMS/text message we have sent you with the message STOP. This withdrawal will be limited to text messages for the product to which the text message relates.

Marketing and Telemarketing

If you provide consent to be contacted by phone or text for marketing purposes, you agree that any Best Egg Party may call, email or text you to describe products or services (including third-party products and services) that may be of interest to you, including by using automated, autodialed, prerecorded (including artificial prerecorded) phone calls even if you have opted into the Do Not Call List administered by the Federal Trade Commission or any state equivalent. This consent is not a condition of using the Flexible Rent Service and may be revoked at any time. You can revoke your consent by contacting us via email at flexiblerent@bestegg.com.
