The quarterly list of top customer-rated loan products is based on actual customer reviews posted to the site and features the top companies in the mortgage, personal, business, and auto loan product categories.
According to LendingTree, lender rankings are based on a weighted average of overall rating and the total number of customer reviews. Lenders were rated on criteria including rates, fees, closing costs, and overall customer experience.
Winning the top spot on the LendingTree list is the latest indication that Best Egg’s efforts to excel at customer experience are paying off. In 2017, Best Egg has increased its average monthly Net Promoter Score (NPS), an index that measures the willingness of customers to recommend a company’s products or services to others, by 15 points over 2016. The company has also claimed the top spot from positive reviews on BestCompany.com and ConsumerAffairs. In addition, Best Egg is highly acclaimed on Trustpilot.
